Circular Wind Guide

Executive Partners

These leading partners are driving the development of the Circular Wind Guide and sharing their expertise to accelerate learning across the industry. Together, we are raising the benchmark for circularity in the wind sector.

The Circular Wind Guide was established as a joint initiative between the University of Leeds and ECHT Regie in Transitie. The University of Leeds provided the scientific foundation and descriptions of the circular strategies, and ECHT connected these strategies to real-world industry practices and examples across the wind energy sector.

The purpose of the Circular Wind Guide is to bridge the gap between circular economy theory and industry application. By combining the academic expertise of the University of Leeds with practical examples from businesses and organisations active in the wind sector, the platform demonstrates how circular strategies can be translated into tangible actions, business opportunities and measurable impact.
